If you want to completely leave InfinityFree and have all your details deleted, you can delete your client area profile yourself.
When can I delete my profile
To delete your profile, you cannot have any hosting accounts. Any hosting accounts you’ve created before must be completely deleted to be able to delete your profile. Deactivating a hosting account is not enough!
What happens if I delete my profile
If you delete your profile, the following will happen:
- Your client area profile, along with all data will be deactivated. The data will be completely removed within 48 hours.
- Your forum profile will be deactivated and anonymized. Forum posts and topics will remain, but the username, email address and profile image will be replaced with an anonymous placeholder.
How to delete my profile
Deleting your profile is very easy.
- Login to the client area
- Go to Profile in the main menu
- Click the Edit Profile button.
- Scroll down to the Delete Profile section
- Enter your password in the Current Password field.
- Click the Delete Profile button.
After this, you’ll be logged out immediately, and your profile will be completely deleted within 48 hours.
