This is likely what happened.
I’m closing this topic now to prevent any more spam.
To repeat: the website IPs are back up but all files were lost. This is the best we could do to resolve this issue.
If you still have issues, please create a new topic in the Hosting Support category and describe the issue there.
Unfortunately, the file are gone forever. Remember to backup next time
