I see that all my files in the htdocs folder were deleted and my websites are not working.
Can you please explain what happened and how can I get access to my uploaded websites’ files?

This isn’t so much caused by the servers bring down (it’s unlikely anyway). This normally means the DNS for your domain is misconfigured. Your files should still be available in the file manager, so I suggest downloading them all and creating a new account.
