This is my first time using the platform and even after reading the documentation about FTP provided by it, I can’t connect to it through FileZilla following screens.

In any case, since your website was down because it is on one of the IPs affected, there’s nothing you could have done but wait. Saying “please fix” doesn’t help, as outlined above, and sharing it didn’t add additional information:
