There's a problem with my website; it says the domain is suspended.

I’m having a problem with my website. It shows that the domain is suspended. It says, “This domain has been suspended because it has reached server limits” or something similar.

Is there a way to fix this problem? super-tv.ct.ws

Did you check this article already and check if any of the situations described there apply to your situation?

Yes, I read the article, but it still didn’t resolve the issue.

Hello,

My hosting account has been suspended.
I was testing a website dashboard and statistics system.

I have now disabled any scripts that may cause high resource usage.
Could you please let me know the reason for the suspension
and if the account can be reactivated?

Thank you.

The reason for suspension can be found in the client area

The account is open and not suspended in the customer’s region.

Ok so the account isn’t suspended. Does your account have an index.php\index.html (not caps)?

Can you share a scrreenshot of this page on the account:

That might give us some more information.

My account on the website has been locked and they sent a message saying it won’t be reactivated. I want to back up my data but I don’t know how.

Interesting, because the screenshot you shared above shows it as active.

Is it a temporary (24 hour) suspension for hitting limits or similar, or is it a permanent suspension for abuse?

If its temporary, you have to wait the 24 hours and then it’ll reactivate automatically

If its a permeant suspension, then you can raise a support ticket and ask for a backup. But depending on the reason for the suspension, IFastNet may refuse or not reply.

For example, if your site was hosting pirated TV\movies, or links to other services that host pirated TV\Movies, IFastNet are generally not able to provie a backup for you. This is because IFastNet are based in the UK, and providing the backup could be seen here as supporting piracy, which is a big no no.

–edit–
If your account is suspended, you should have a banner like this one in your dashboard:

If its got the “Create Support Ticket” option, then its a permeant suspension, if its hits limits or similar and only a temp suspension, it wont have the button.

Ok so its for high traffic. A permeant suspension for traffic generally only comes after several temporary suspensions…

If they won’t reactivate your account, then you can request a backup of your site through a support ticket.

How long does it take for the support ticket to be refunded?

Honestly, I’ve never had an account suspended to be sure.

But when I contacted them about my own hosting provider account, they responded within 24 hours.

But some people on here have said it can take up to 72 hours

That’s a long time, 72 hours.

That’s 3 days. It really isn’t that bad, and they could get back sooner, that’s just what I’ve heard from people here. If having a backup of your site is that vital, you really should have been keeping your own backups on your own pc

I never imagined this would happen.

Unfortunately best practice is still for you to keep your own backups.

While unlikely IFastNet could suffer a catastrophic failure and lose everything. Never trust a 3rd party with the only copy of important data

Please consider that yesterday was Sunday, and you submitted it in the evening (UK time). Support is usually fastest within UK business hours.

Just to give context to that, it is currently roughly 10:25 am UK time. So we’re just over an hour into the working day.

Hopefully you’ll have an update by the end of UK business hours today :crossed_fingers:
