Is it possible that they will reactivate the domain, or is it over?
If you read the message carefully you’ll notice that it says “We cannot reactivate your account” which unfortunately means that it’s probably game over

Given that they have made the decision NOT to reactivate, there’s no overturning that. At least you’ve got your backup.
