I hope you are doing well. I am trying to install a theme on my website, but I am facing an issue due to the PHP upload size limit. The theme file is 21MB , while the current upload limit is too low.
I kindly request you to increase the PHP upload size to 30MB so that I can successfully install my theme. Please let me know if this is possible.

Could you clarify what you mean by “theme”?
If it’s multiple files, you can try uploading them independently.

On all InfinityFree servers is a file size limit of 10 MB. It’s important to note that this is a file size limit and not an upload limit.
The difference is subtle, but important. An upload limit could be set through PHP settings, but this limit is enforced on the file system level. No PHP configuration can override this limit and it applies to files uploaded through FTP or the file manager as well.
InfinityFree has a file size limit of 10 MB on all servers. You cannot upload files larger than 10 MB.

No, that is not possible. Please extract the installation file on your computer, then upload the resulting files to your theme folder.

Can you unzip it on your computer and upload the individual files? This then shouldn’t trip the file size limit
