Control Panel Down - Potential Issue with Website Databases
Since July 11, around 0:00 UTC, there appears to be a problem with the hosting platform.
The control panel is down, and is mostly responding with 503 Service Temporarily Unavailable and 504 Gateway time-out errors.
There are also reports about databases of free hosting websites being down. We are still investigating this issue to determine the exact nature and impact of this.
Which components are affected by this issue
The control panel itself will respond intermittently, and often returns errors. Client area features that rely on the control panel will also not work.

When will this issue be resolved
We are doing our best to get these issues resolved as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we don’t have enough details to tell how soon that will be.

Premium hosting is not affected by this outage in any way. However, depending on the exact nature of the database issues, it might not be possible to migrate your website at this time. So I do not think that upgrading right now will help you.

I have split this topic into a separate topic for the database issues.
It appears that database server sql100 is currently down. Websites on it may see database connection timeouts, and database will appear missing from the client area and control panel.
At this time, it’s not clear what the status is of the database server or the data on it. We’re waiting on more information from iFastNet about this.

The control panel issue appears to have been resolved. I have not received any further information as to the exact cause of the issue, I’ll reply to this topic when I know more.

I was checking if all come again up without any issues, but seems that innoDB is not allowed now, and I have some tables configured like that, and now these tables are not readable and I lost some info… Maybe you have any backup to send me the data?
