I’ve moved your post to its own thread so we can help you without things getting muddles with the original thread.

Have you added your domain to your account? because it doesn’t look like the domain is linked to any account.

In your dash go to overview, and select “add domain”

you’ll then need to add it as a custom domain:

and follow the steps there.

Looking myself I can see visualcreationevents.com is not currently actually linked to an account.

This will trigger the “Domain Suspended” page, because the server doens’t know what else to serve.

No… That’s something only you can do. You control the name servers on three domain that you own

The nameservers of your domain name can only be configured with your domain name provider. The WHOIS information shows the registrar being Key-Systems, but they are a wholesale provider, so I’m guessing that this webspacekit.com company whose nameservers your domain is pointing to right now is your domain name provider.

in this instance you probably want to move your site files from “htdocs” to "visualcreationevents.com/htdocs”
