because of this error my Custom CNAME Records are not working. I am using ns2 infinityfree com
as my name servers in domain. is this error coming since there is a issu in my DNS zone? What is DNS Zone for infinityfree name servers. Please help.

this the custom Cname record in Infinity free C panel. when type the above “sender…” it goes to the one of service provider site. it was work more than a year well. now it is not working. I checked your issue and it seems to be a problem with our namesevers. Specifically: a CNAME record lookup on the given subdomain returns the correct result, but an A record lookup does not return the CNAME record like it should.
Also, no need to hide the CNAME target in your screenshot. The entire world can just look up the actual destination of the CNAME record, that’s the purpose of DNS records in the first place.
Not having the NS records is technically a violation of the official DNS specs, but I’ve never seen any case of this ever being the cause of any issues for anyone. This is no exception.
Thank for everyone’s advises and guidance. I include cloud-flare to site and change some. now all working fine. No errors in intoDNS or my custom cname also working fine. check it
Just to let you, or anyone else watching this topic know, the issue is known and being investigated by iFastNet. It doesn’t seem super easy to resolve, and based on what they think caused this it would have been broken for three weeks already.
