License inactive in Softaculous

My InfinityFree website is https://we-create.great-site.net/.
I am facing softaculous license inactive as below image.

Cause of this effect, I can’t change wordpress updating setting in my wordpress.

After I search on community, I saw some post related my problem.

Above post, I saw Admin commented “issue was resolved days ago, and wasn’t a website issue in the first place” since June 3. If so, what should I do to active my softaculous again?. I can’t click anything on softculous screen.
Please help me. Thanks in advance.

I am a new user as well. Is this problem with just new users or everybody is having this issue?

I cannot do anything on the softaculous site how can I fix this issue Please help, I don’t think an IP address expires and it looks like a lot of people are having this issue.

Your license is not active or it has expired. If your license has expired, please renew it to continue using this Software.

This error is common. iFastNet will have to renew it or anything else. It is a time taking process.

As the post I mentioned, I also think like you. But it’s about after 5 month since June, I think some better solution for this problem we can get. That’s why I posted this topic. If still same cause of iFastNet or some usual issues, let it be. And let’s wait until fix. :ok_hand:

How many time they need?

The Softaculous license needs to be correctly installed on the Softaculous server. So that’s an issue on our end, not with your account.

But I just checked it and it seems to work now, so I guess iFastNet already fixed this.
