License inactive in Softaculous

Some issues are identified by us ourselves, due to our own monitoring and whatnot. But other times, issues happen for things we have no checks on, so we’re not aware of the issue until someone tells us about it.

Maybe iFastNet got a notification themselves about the license being expired, or maybe someone else told them about this issue and they picked it up. All I can say for certain is that I didn’t tell them about it, because I only learned the issue existed after it was fixed.

So, if there is an issue, please do let us know about it. Please don’t just sit and wait quietly for us to fix it, because maybe we don’t know that there is an issue to begin with.

That said, please do check the recent forum posts to see whether other people are having the same issue. There isn’t much point in creating a new topic about an issue when there are already other ones.
