In the past, he was able to be ready within an hour, but now he has been unable to be ready for four hours. I already know about the failure of 000.pe, and this issue seems to have nothing to do with the domain name. It is simply asking if it is normal to stop the process for four hours? If so, how long can he be ready at most?

Just checking I’ve understood the problem first.

Your saying that your site isn’t loading, no matter how long you wait? Is that correct?

If so, given that the 000.pe domain is currently down the site will no load no matter what.

Although, I’ll admit i’m slightly confused about your reference to 1 and 4 hours? Can you explain a bit more of what youre trying to do? because I feel like I may have missunderstood the problem

cheers

It’s not a website access issue, but rather an account deactivation problem

I waited for 4 hours, but his account was still in the process of being deactivated

My account has not performed any other operations except for installing Wordpress on it, configuring the relevant installation requirements, and using the internal functions of Wordpress

I had originally planned to restart him, but he remained in a suspended account process, preventing me from starting or interrupting the operation. In other words, the operation cannot be interrupted in the first place

The account suspension was manually operated by me. It was indeed automatically suspended due to low traffic before, but I have already restarted it. After that, I found that the website could not be accessed. I planned to restart it to see if I could restore access. It was not until I checked the forum beyond the usual closure time that I learned about the suspension of the domain name 000.pe. I also saw the post you quoted above, but the situation was not very relevant to the content cited in that post, and it did not seem to help me.

Same post as this

Is there anyone else

The first post i linked above didn’t offer any context, it was litterally just someone else finding it’s taking a long time to diactivate an account.

The second link takes you through the full steps to disable and delete a hosting account on InfinityFree.

If you’ve followed those steps fully and corerctly, and your account isn’t closing you may just have to wait.

Because I originally planned to restart, I didn’t delete the domain name and didn’t do anything else. I just clicked on the account to stop it. When I did this before, he had no problem and completed it within an hour

I think the system is just taking awhile to deactivate accounts right now. Whether there’s an actual problem or just a lot of server load is unclear, but either way, the only thing to do right now is wait.

The issue has been resolved. For those who have seen this post, if you have the same problem, please check if your server is still up/active (using FTP/accessing web pages/mysql/…). If you are not in a hurry, you can wait for 1 day. He may have timed out and forced refresh, so just wait. If there are more problems, please contact the administrator to discuss solutions
