Though we wish you to stay, explore and tweak around, hang with the community, meet some friends probably, it seems there is nothing more we can do to change your mind. You seemed dead set to move forward in a new direction without us.
If you happen to still lurk around in the forum, would it take much effort to reread what you have written? There must have been a misunderstanding or misinformation.
Would it be possible to cite where have you read that email address? There are several publicly listed emails used in this site. But I can’t find it. The Contact Us section doesn’t list it. I rechecked my own emails, can’t find it. I used Google I can’t find it. If you used that email and can’t get a response, possibly because no one actually uses it.
However, that doesn’t mean support is unreachable. Forum and community support are normal types of support for free online service providers. Would it be fair to ask premium-level one-to-one support for someone doing community service voluntarily?
If there are technical aspects of the site that you are having trouble with, be sure to include links, screenshots, error messages (in case you didn’t skip these already before making the post), so someone more knowledgeable can look into it . Technical problems are precise, we can’t solve anything in an ambiguous language. Oh wait, you are working with VPSes already. I’m sure all online services paid or not have forums and knowledge base as part of their platform. A quick search into these pages could work wonders. If you tried everything already, you can post a new topic and kindly ask for help and state why a particular solution didn’t work for you. All in all, you are not only helping yourself but also others that share the same sentiments as you. Or other people in the future.

That said, you are no exception. Everyone who wishes to be deleted has to go the same process. It is within the EU and British laws and seems sensible. I read:
