If you’re looking to transfer your website to another provider, they may ask you to provide an EPP code, or Transfer Authorization Code.
First of all, we’re sorry to see you go!
However, we cannot provide you with a token like that.
A Transfer Authorization Code, also called EPP code, is a token used to transfer a domain name registration. This code should be made available to you by the current provider of your domain name. However, InfinityFree is not a domain name provider, so we are not the provider you’re looking for.
An EPP code is not relevant when transferring a website, or switching the hosting service for a domain name.
If you’re using a custom domain name on InfinityFree right now, you should have this domain registered with another company. That other company should be able to provide you with your EPP code. If you’re not sure who that is, you can use a WHOIS lookup tool to find out the provider of a domain name.
InfinityFree does provide free subdomains, but free subdomains cannot be used with other hosting providers.
