This forum is the main point for support for InfinityFree.
However, since you’ve mentioned a suspension, there is very little we can do. Your options vary depending on the nature of the suspension. You can determin this by looking at the banner in your dashboard that looks like this:
If you’ve received a temporary (24 hour) suspension for hitting fair use limits (like CPU or Hits limits) then all you can do is wait out the suspension. There is nothing anyone here can do to help.
If you’ve been given a permeant suspension for breaking the terms and conditions (such as hosting illegal or adult content) then the banner will give you the option to contact support and raise a ticket to request reactivation or a backup. Be advised, in cases of serious abuse IFastNet (who provide the underlying infrastructure InfinityFree run’s on) may choose not to respond to your ticket.

My banner show CPU yes, I was making normal edits nothing was crazy, will that happen if I upgraded the plan?
If you upgrade, you will be able to migrate your site to IFastNet (since they provide Premium Hosting) and some of the limits are lifted.
