File Manager Error

Hey i am uploading my zip files to file manager but it stuck in half and not getting unzipped
I am unable to create my website
Help me

The InfinityFree web servers have size limits for all files. If the file size exceeds the limit, the file is automatically deleted.

The size limits are:

• HTML, PHP and JS files are limited to 1 MB.
• .htaccess files are limited to 10 kB.
• All other files are limited to 10 MB.

Actually i already hosting a web which created in smae way uploading 22mb zip and then extract but now it is not working
I created little zips of this big zip size becomes 2 mb and these are uploaded but now i m unable to extract them
Why is policy changes in a month

The file limits havent changed since at least Aug 2, 2021 when admin first created the post that Wasik linked

If you were previously able to upload an oversized zip file, and extract it to create your website, then that was a bug at the time, not the expected behaviour.

But i reduced zip size to 2mb but why are these not extracting
Is this normal

Honestly I can’t say.

Depending on how you compressed the zip to 2mb its possible that the server doesn’t support the zip algorithm or format you’ve used.

Honestly, your better way is to unzip the file on your PC, then upload the individual files using something like filezilla tbh

The desired behavior is that you can upload larger ZIP files to the file manager to extract. However, in practice, it’s quite unreliable and unpredictable.
