Domain stuck on InfinityFree – cannot remove or re-add

Error Message

DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN

Other Information

Hello, my domain sodimasi.com is stuck on InfinityFree and I cannot remove or re-add it.

On May 12th, I added the domain to my hosting account.
Even after more than 72 hours, the global DNS never propagated.
Because of this, I deleted the domain today and tried to add it again.

However, after deleting it, the domain did not get removed internally.
When I try to add it again (even in a new hosting account), I get this error:

“The selected custom domain is already in use on InfinityFree.”

A few minutes later, the domain automatically reappears in the old account with a new “Created At” date, even though I deleted it.

This issue is delaying the entire website creation process, because the domain is stuck and the DNS cannot propagate.

Please remove sodimasi.com internally from all accounts,
or force the DNS zone to propagate globally,
so I can add the domain again and continue building the website.

Thank you.

I checked your domain name, and it does indeed look like it doesn’t work due to a problem with the DNS settings of your domain. Specifically, it doesn’t look like any DNS records have been setup to route your domain to your hosting account with us.

However, your domain is using Cloudflare’s nameservers right now. This means that your domain’s active DNS zone lives at Cloudflare. Which means that only you can fix this issue, since your DNS zone it out of our control.

To fix this, please update your DNS settings at Cloudflare to point your domain to our hosting:
