I have followed the steps on A Full Guide To Cloudflare but I need an info: after setting the site in Cloudflare I need to go in control panel ⇾ domains and add the domain… or not?

If you have not added it to cpanel yet, then consider changing your nameservers (temporary) to ns1.infinityfree.com and ns2.infinityfree.com, then add your domain. Then change nameservers back.
