Accounts incorrectly Suspended for Inactivity

Starting around midnight on the 28th of April, an issue occurred that resulted in many accounts being incorrectly flagged as being inactive, and subsequently suspended for inactivity.

The issue has been identified and fixed, and affected accounts are now being reactivated.

If your account is affected by this, you can also reactivate the account yourself at any time through the client area.

Can administration please see that movieland.rf.gd is reactivated

It redirects to iFastNet.com Special offer and Discount Coupon

It’s the first website on my resume so this is crucial

I’m trying to create a new account, but it’s been almost half an hour and the account is loading and can’t be created.

Dear Administrator,

I am unable to login to my account (ifo_38317551) through the client area due to internal server returned error 500. Kindly advise me how to resolve this problem.

Thank you so much for your kind attention and assistance in this matter!

Best regards.

There are a couple of things going on right now.

The reactivation process started when I created this topic. However, due to the very large number of accounts that need to be reactivated, this caused congestion in the client area backend, ultimately taking it down entirely.

The client area is accessible again now, but the large number of account events and their corresponding actions are still resulting in some functionality not working as expected. Accounts may also show an incorrect status because of this issue.

Things are recovering, but a lot of data still needs to be processed, which probably will affect things for the rest of the day.

hey,
I’d like to reactivate my account (ID: “if0_38226797”)

what are the steps i need to follow

Let me know if you need anything from my side. Thanks!

If your website is still suspended for inactivity, you can just click the Reactivate Now button in the client area to reactivate it.

If your website does work, but the client area still says your account is suspended, then the status in the client area is out of sync. Clicking the Reactivate Now button in the client area should also fix that.

If your website shows a suspension page, but the client area says the account is active, that might also be a status sync issue. If so, you can use the little domain sync button, which should also update the status of your account:

If you’re having any other issues with your account being marked as suspended (as seen in the client area) or your website being suspended (by redirecting to suspendeddomain.org or suspended-website.com), it might also be related. If so, please feel free to ask your question in a reply below, but always include your website URL so we have something to check.

If you’re experiencing an issue that doesn’t show any clear relation to account suspension, it’s probably not related to this issue. If you’re having any issue like that, please create a new topic in Hosting Support and describe the issue there.

One thing I forgot to mention: processing SSL certificate orders was also delayed because of the congestion issue. That should also be better now.

Alright. I’ll give it a shot then.
My site got deleted without warning for “Abuse”.
my site link is
https://kimmerchan.great-site.net/.
Is there any way for me to get access to at least a back-up of the site (Even if it turns out not to be related)?
Many thanks,
Kimmer

I should clarify my message above: the issue might only be related to suspension for inactivity. Other types of suspensions are not related to this outage.

If it was suspended, you can submit a ticket from the client area. If it is already fully deleted, then the account is gone and cannot be recovered.

All of this should be clearly shown in the client area too by the way.

but my domain is missing I can’t reactivate

I meant suspended yeah* my bad i’ve been staying up all night trying to circumvent this myself.

I have submitted my ticket, but i thought it’d be handy to write it again here, as i found it to be more professional than my support ticket. Additonally, i need the back-up ASAP, as i’m in the process of moving the site and right as i was about to back it up, it got suspended and i had no chance at all.

As soon as the content’s moved, whatever reason it might have been suspended for will be resolved as i’m removing it off of the site.

@manmannn If the domain is missing, you need to add it again. Regardless, it shouldn’t affect your ability to reactivate your account.

If you want to reactivate your account, just reactivate it by clicking the big green button in the client area. Nothing is stopping you from doing that.

If the domain was removed from the account, you can add it back to your current account after it has been reactivated, or assign it to a new account.

I’m not sure why you keep posting here, because there is nothing stopping you from fixing your website. If you want your website to be fixed, just fix it.
