The site works fine on my end. DNS propagation can take up to 72 hours for everything to work again

Hi, yes, I have the same issue, went straight to the client area, pressed the button to reactivate, now its spinning saying
âWeâre updating your accountâŚ
The page will refresh automatically when itâs done!â
And that is perfectly fine, I will check back tomorrow to see if its up or not, thanks for working on keeping our accounts up and running

You can reactivate it yourself. Tlir your account is suspended for inactivity thereâs a button to reactivate in the dashboard
If itâs suspended for inactivity you can reactivate in the dashboard.
If itâs suspended for abuse, youâll need to raise a ticket

Clicking your link it looks like itâs reactivated now I think the dashboard has been a bit slow updating just because of the numbers
Yea the dashboard is still showing locked out. I canât get in to manage the site yetâŚ

as of right now i dont see my domain or my files and saw my email telling me my account has been suspended after 30 days i go back and reactviate it now all my work is gone from the files i had domain that had the word fantastic i need this for college do i need to make new domain or domain similar to thisâŚ
No domain = no help.
We canât check what happened to the files of your website if we donât know what website youâre talking about.
