Accounts incorrectly Suspended for Inactivity

The site works fine on my end. DNS propagation can take up to 72 hours for everything to work again

This topic is about inactivity suspensions!

Other types of suspensions, or any other website issues, are not related. Any messages about other issues will be flagged and deleted without warning.

Hi, yes, I have the same issue, went straight to the client area, pressed the button to reactivate, now its spinning saying
“We’re updating your account…
The page will refresh automatically when it’s done!”
And that is perfectly fine, I will check back tomorrow to see if its up or not, thanks for working on keeping our accounts up and running :smiley:

You can reactivate it yourself. Tlir your account is suspended for inactivity there’s a button to reactivate in the dashboard

If it’s suspended for inactivity you can reactivate in the dashboard.

If it’s suspended for abuse, you’ll need to raise a ticket

Any idea how long the reactivation should take? I clicked the reactivate link, but I’ve had this message for about an hour:
We’re updating your account…
The page will refresh automatically when it’s done!

My status is still: “processing”.

I’ve tried refreshing, but it still shows that message. Anything else I should try besides waiting?

Clicking your link it looks like it’s reactivated now :slightly_smiling_face: I think the dashboard has been a bit slow updating just because of the numbers

Yea the dashboard is still showing locked out. I can’t get in to manage the site yet…

Due to the “congestion issues” I described above, it can take longer than usual for account reactivations to be processed. Rest assured that they are in queue, and your account will be reactivated. Please just have patience until the reactivation has completed.

as of right now i dont see my domain or my files and saw my email telling me my account has been suspended after 30 days i go back and reactviate it now all my work is gone from the files i had domain that had the word fantastic i need this for college do i need to make new domain or domain similar to this…

No domain = no help.

We can’t check what happened to the files of your website if we don’t know what website you’re talking about.

Hey , I reactivated my site (https://acefit.infy.uk/) using the client area. But I still get redirected to suspended-website.com
