Accounts incorrectly Suspended for Inactivity

My site is still Down :frowning:
check this alhumamofficial.rf,gd
plz hekp me asap

Hello,

My account (username: if0_35110271, domain: cv-website.infinityfreeapp.com) was deleted due to inactivity, but I had accessed it just about a month ago. I also saw the announcement regarding the bug on April 28th that suspended many active accounts incorrectly.

The strange thing is that my website is still online and accessible, even though the account appears as deleted. Can you please check if this is related to that issue and if there’s a chance to recover or reactivate the account?

Thank you!

The domain alhumamofficial.rf,gd doesn’t appear to exist.

The website http://alhumamofficial.rf.gd is working fine though.

I checked the account, but it was suspended for inactivity and deleted more than a year ago. So it’s definitely unrelated to this outage from a few days ago.

The website appears to be down though, the domain is not in use and is pointing to a parking page from Bodis.

If you want to discuss the issue in more detail, please create a new topic in Hosting Support because a suspended from February 2024 is definitely not related to this issue.

if0_38469404, this is also suspended for inactivity, status is active, I’ve refreshed it many times, and this is what appears after it: “The list of domains has been synchronized with the hosting platform!” kindly address the issue!

shehzilrealm.rf.gd this is the website!

Looking at the site, it looks like its active. You’re probably just seeing the after effects of the congestion that was caused by lots of accounts being reactivated all at one.

give it an hour or so, then try clearing your browser cache, see if that fixes it.

I checked the account if0_38469404, but it doesn’t appear to have been suspended at all. The website is also working.

The congestion issues are resolved now, so any account changes should now be processed just as quickly as before. The account statuses have also been synchronized between the client area and hosting platform, so what you see in the client area should match the actual state of your account again.

A post was split to a new topic: Suspended

I deleted some off-topic posts, and I am closing this topic.

The current status is that:

  • All accounts that were incorrectly suspended for inactivity have been reactivated.
  • The account statuses have been synchronized with the hosting platform, so suspended accounts will not show as active or vice versa.
  • The client area congestion issues have been resolved, everything is working again as usual.

If you’re still having issues, they are most likely not related to this outage. Examples of unrelated issues include:

  • Accounts being suspended for abuse. If that’s the case, please submit a ticket from the client area.
  • Websites being unreachable due to connection issues. Such issues are generally caused by firewalls or network restrictions on your end, but if you want to discuss it, you can do so in Hosting Support

I am closing this topic to prevent more unrelated messages.
