And also I’m trying to create a new account, but it’s showing We’re setting up your account… from the last 30 min. It’s not working even after refreshing.

This is another consequence of the congestion issues I discussed in the current outage topic.

It should resolve itself automatically after some time. You don’t need to (and can’t) do anything yourself about this.

Accounts incorrectly Suspended for Inactivity

Starting around midnight on the 28th of April, an issue occurred that resulted in many accounts being incorrectly flagged as being inactive, and subsequently suspended for inactivity. The issue has been identified and fixed, and affected accounts are now being reactivated. If your account is affected by this, you can also reactivate the account yourself at any time through the client area.
