Hi Admin, I’m facing HTTP error 500 on https://jeevikareport.great-site.net/
Please resolve it.
And also I’m trying to create a new account, but it’s showing We’re setting up your account… from the last 30 min. It’s not working even after refreshing.
BTW thank you for the free hosting service.
Please don’t hijack other threads.
but to answer your question, a http error 500 means that your code (usually PHP but can also be your .htaccess file) has crashed. Its generally not a direct server issue. please read this article for more info:
When trying to access your website, you may see a page which returns the status code “500”. In Google Chrome, you’ll see a page with the error code HTTP ERROR 500.
There are typically two reasons which can cause this error:
The PHP code has crashed.
The .htaccess file contains invalid rules.
Here are some things you can try to debug and fix this.
Fixing crashing PHP code
A HTTP ERROR 500 simply tells you that the PHP code has crashed, but gives no information as to why it has crashed.

This is another consequence of the congestion issues I discussed in the current outage topic.
It should resolve itself automatically after some time. You don’t need to (and can’t) do anything yourself about this.
Starting around midnight on the 28th of April, an issue occurred that resulted in many accounts being incorrectly flagged as being inactive, and subsequently suspended for inactivity.
The issue has been identified and fixed, and affected accounts are now being reactivated.
If your account is affected by this, you can also reactivate the account yourself at any time through the client area.
