The client area feature just talks to the control panel under the hood. If the document root isn’t created, that seems like a bug in the control panel to me.

Good idea, hadn’t thought on that. It’s probably best to get rid of the entire addon/parked domain naming.
Looking at how it’s done in cPanel, do you think “directory” is the right name for the folder? cPanel uses “Document Root”, but that seems a bit unnecessarily technical to me. What do you all think?

I think “Directory” would work fine, and it’s technically right for an end-user to understand that as well. cPanel uses technical names to describe each and every function though… Except maybe some of them.

I like the name as it is - but here are some more ideas
maybe Location or Path
but you have room to write all = Directory/Path/Root
Control panel - Here are some outdated data that should be edited
a bunch of dead domains
new NS (but I don’t know if it was shown to me because I’m an old user or to new ones as well)

Your guessing has been correct:
If you are on a new account then it displays infinityfree.com as nameservers.
And on old accounts it was still epizy.com :

or the files on the host got mixed up ,maybe due to moving to another newer server
or it could even be that there is a security flaw on WordPress or some plugin
so someone took advantage of the situation.
I don’t know if they are all WP or if there is also regular HTML.

There were so many topics today that I had to check when I became online again… I was busy with my dad as I was trying to program an universal A/C remote for an A/C brand not even listed on the manual they give, or listed with a Chinese manufacturer name instead anyway. The only thing that worked was the automatic scan by the “SET” button until I can eventually hear the A/C shut down.
