Why Softaculous Apps Installer not working with me

Help, the problem have just just right now. I’m getting errors when i try to access Softaculous apps installer. The message says:Cannot read license file To access the interface, you must install the license and ensure that the license is active.[Capture] .am i only facing this problem or others are too?

Here’s my reply that explains what happened and what to do to solve the issue. In the meanwhile, to install an application, you could do it manually.

I see your site uses WordPress and do you still use hosting from InfinityFree? Because I don’t see any cookies from InfinityFree and you use cloudflare on your site
