Good afternoon, I downloaded the OpenCart installer to my FTP account - but when I try to peel my domain, I do not receive a single response from the server - it feels like there is no access or DNS is not configured. What is the problem, how to diagnose and how to solve?

Good day you showed me the instructions to adilate sitepro admin panel but in my account there is not even a button to delete site.pro account.

If you are using file manager please made sure you hide the url address as this contains your encrypted password !

I’m not sure how your old website has been deleted but it has for sure, the only thing there now is the sitebuilder index.php

Was your OpenCart site working before?

In the listing of your htdocs directory, I can see a folder called uploads. When I try to open the corresponding URL at http://gajet-city.ct.ws/upload/ , I see a PHP error.

Specifically, that PHP error is the result of a bug in OpenCart. The bug is already fixed, but only available with the latest version of OpenCart, and you’re running a slightly older version which still has the issue.

So to fix this, please:

1. Grab the latest version of OpenCart which doesn’t have this issue.
2. When trying to install it, please upload the contents of the upload folder to your htdocs folder, not the upload folder itself.

i did not see anything changes and besides I understand that I need to create a user for mysql database. But I don’t have access to this
