Why does my FTP suddenly get wiped and return to the default content?

My InfinityFree account is still running and active, but my FTP suddenly wiped itself out and returned to the default content.

My account is actually 2 years old and has been inactive for 1 and a half years. I opened my website again, and I’m shocked that the contents are gone. I thought it was because I’ve been inactive, so my domain is deactivated, but when I checked it, it’s active.

I assume this is because of my inactivity. I don’t actually need the contents, but I’d be glad if it were possible to restore and view my old memories on InfinityFree.
