i had this problem i deleted the account and made a new one i built the website again and i get this when i done building what should i do ?
My two databases which have been there for two years are as of two days ago, gone. What happened? How do I get them back?! Who do I even contact about this?
Clarification : The tables which were of type innoDB were corrupted and empty as of two days ago. The MyISAM tables were intact. Now the databases which were still there hours ago are now gone.
Your account is on database server sql100, which is having a lot of issues right now.
I think it’s safe to assume that the issue you’re having is related to the ongoing issues plaguing that server. I think the server wide issues need to be sorted out before we can say anything useful about specific databases.

so we waut and assume that our data will be there ? cuz i worked on this website twice and i cant rework it again, please do your best
Do you have a backup? If you’ve already experienced data loss I’m not quite sure why you would not take one. Always have a backup, you never know when stuff is going to stop working.
As for weather or no the data will be there when the server is restored, we don’t know. But if it is, take a backup.
