What should I do if I get suspended for a prank?

Could you please explain the context of what you mean by “about a hacker attack”? I’m not positive if you mean it was threatening an attack, or just reporting on a bogus one, or something else.

That being said sites that legitimately break the TOS are typically not unsuspended, regardless of whether the intention was to cause actual harm or not. For example:

I’d recommend keeping any future such pranks on a local webserver that you don’t make available to the public, just so you don’t risk any real punishment. You can make it look convincing by setting your computer’s hosts file to make a domain name direct you to localhost.

Edit: That being said, the people in charge of answering the suspension tickets ultimately have the final say.
