I can’t upload a file larger than 10485760 bytes via FileZilla FTP Client after 08/14/25. There were similar questions on the forum before, but the administrator wrote that you can upload large files via FTP Client. Has something changed?
Nothing has changed, it’s been like this for years.
Can you share where you’ve seen this? Because I’ve not seen it anywhere.
You can unzip a large archive and upload the individual files. But you can’t upload a larger file without it getting deleted
The file size limit on free hosting of 10 MB has been there for at least ten years. So nothing new there.
You can upload larger archives using FTP… by extracting them on your own computer and uploading the extracted files. A desktop FTP client itself does not allow for large files, but makes uploading many small files relatively easy.
