Website won't load without www

Hi support team,

I know this is a recurrent topic in this forum, but after reading most of the similar topics I still couldn’t find out a solution for my case (I’m not a web developer).
My website only works with www, and without it you’re redirect to Hostinger domain page.
I’m using Cloudflare and to set it up I followed this tutorial.

What I can tell for sure is this is not a cache issue as I have tried to access my page from different devices that I never had used to access it before.
