I reached the server limits on my free domain and when I try to enter it I get the domain suspended message.
I clicked the upgrade to premium that appeared there and paid for the plan.
I received all of the confirmation emails and invoice but the website is still down and shown as suspended both in the frontend and in my client area.

How can I get it up and running again? its urgent

In short premium hosting is a different service (the wording “upgrade” is a bit unclear) and you must ask iFastNet to migrate your website for you.

Is there a way for me to just increase the server limits or buy a plan that will automatically make this domain active?

In short, no.

InfinityFree only has free plans. As @Meishin said, since you’ve paid for the upgrade to premium hosting, iFastnet can migrate your site for you. It’s quite quick and once it’s done your site will work, and the limits are increased

To add to that: when iFastNet migrates your site, they will forward traffic from the free hosting server to your premium account, so you don’t need to wait for DNS to update for your website to start working.

But the migration still needs to be done first.
