Error 404 forbidden

please help me I have try to upload files in different way but not work website not seems live ,and if use sitebuilder so it live but I don’t want to use site builder I have my own sites so plz help me

When I try at first it shows only hello page now 404 forbidden error and I don’t knwo why my file not comes live

Even domain is ready
