I’ve been here for a year.
I have more than one domain and they have files when I enter today
I see this.

There was an outage very, very long ago, but you are probably subject to that:

If that’s the case, and you don’t have a backup, then we regret to tell you that they are gone.

When will this problem be resolved and will my files be returned?

As I told you, that outage was many many months ago. That outage had already come to an end and nothing will change anymore.

So I’m sorry to tell you that they are gone.

and my website in

Oh wait. That seems interesting, and I cannot tell what is happening here then.

You may wish to wait for Admin in this case.

Ok thanks for your help

Just recreate the missing webroots so your website will point to something and try to upload a backup if you have any or reinstall everything back again. I hope this serves you as a lesson to learn how to backup next time!

Yes, but this is a problem from infinityfree
Fortunately, I have a backup of the main folder. Now what I am doing is creating folders for the sites and the subdomain.

Don’t forget to create a directory in the nutro.cloud root named htdocs and place your website in there

I’m unable to confirm that that is the case. But I’m also unable to confirm that it’s not the case.

All I know is that your files were gone now. I don’t know when they were lost or removed, who did that, or why it happened. Maybe it’s an outage, or maybe it’s the result of account credentials being hacked, leaked or shared with an untrustworthy person. I’ve seen both happen and I have simply no way to tell what’s the case here.

And if I don’t know what’s caused the data loss, then there is nothing I can do to prevent it from happening again. Assuming it’s something that we can fix and haven’t fixed already.
