At this time, there are a couple of IP addresses responsible for customer websites that are down. Most of them went down at May 5 at 4:30 UTC. The affected IP addresses are:
185.27.134.200
185.27.134.201
185.27.134.202
185.27.134.230
185.27.134.232
You can find the website IP address of your hosting account through the Account Details panel in the client area.
If you are on one of these IP addresses, you may see some of the following error messages:
Unable to connect / ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED
Cloudflare 522 - Connection Timed Out / The connection has timed out
403 Forbidden nginx
At this time, we don’t know yet what’s causing it. I’ll update this topic as soon as we know more.
Please do not submit additional support requests about this. We are aware of the issue and are working on it. There is nothing else we can do for you right now.
UPDATE 10:00 UTC: It seems that most IP addresses are now back up. Only the IP 185.27.134.230 is not working at this time.
Your website is on a different IP address than those listed here and is experiencing different symptoms than those listed here. So it seems pretty clear to me that it’s probably unrelated.
my website has been down for weeks. unable to log into cpanel, and when i try to go to my website it says ‘error establishing database connection’. a few weeks ago it would even connect. my ip is 185.27.134.217
