Thank you for going ahead and creating this topic @KangJL! But I just setup a proper outage announcement, so let’s continue the discussion there:

Not based on a single outage, no.

The vast majority of websites are not affected by this outage. And outages in general are quite rare. So while websites hosted on these servers will not meet their 99.9% uptime this month, they may still make it when looking at, say, a year. And when averaging across all accounts, I’m sure that total average uptime is still above 99.9%.
