hello i used filezilla i uploaded my zip file twice it finishes the uploading but i can’t find my file
it’s 27MB
i uploaded it to htdocs but still doesn’t show

Read the full article. You can’t upload files larger than 10MB. Since you’re trying to upload a zip file, instead of uploading directly, you can unzip it locally and then upload the extracted folder using FileZilla or any ftp client. This article explains it better:
InfinityFree has a file size limit of 10 MB on all servers. You cannot upload files larger than 10 MB.
Installing large scripts
A particular software package may be larger than 10 MB in size. Because of this limit, you cannot upload the archive directly and have it extracted on the server. However, you can easily upload the contents manually.

the folder after unzipping it is 100MB can it be uploaded ?

You have to create an account with free subdomain and then add your domain afterwards.
