I see the domain is currently in use on another hosting account registered to another email address.
It looks like you tried to set it up on an account on this profile multiple times, added and removed the domain a few times, and then signed up with a different email address to retry it there (again moving the domain across multiple accounts).
So now the domain is assigned to the account where you left it last, which is on a different email address.
Please try to find the other email address, login and delete the domain from the account on the other email address.
Also, I don’t know what problem you had that made you add the domain to a different account 5 different times, but I really doubt it helped.
Thank you so much for the clarification, I was having issues with my files, I didn’t know how to go about, then I tried to find an assistance from someone else, that was how the issue of two different emails came about. But right now my website report states that my website is suspended. I don’t understand why?
