After the domain removal and deactivation, i tried to create a new account with same domain mimedex.com, but it’s still giving me same report.
The selected custom domain is already in use on InfinityFree. If this is your custom domain, please remove it from any other accounts first.

Are you sure that the domain is actually removed from the account before deactivating?
Yes i am sure, i even reactivated it, to cross check over again, and actually it was removed, but i don’t why it’s still giving same report.
I see the domain is currently in use on another hosting account registered to another email address.
It looks like you tried to set it up on an account on this profile multiple times, added and removed the domain a few times, and then signed up with a different email address to retry it there (again moving the domain across multiple accounts).
So now the domain is assigned to the account where you left it last, which is on a different email address.
Please try to find the other email address, login and delete the domain from the account on the other email address.
Also, I don’t know what problem you had that made you add the domain to a different account 5 different times, but I really doubt it helped.
Thank you so much for the clarification, I was having issues with my files, I didn’t know how to go about, then I tried to find an assistance from someone else, that was how the issue of two different emails came about. But right now my website report states that my website is suspended. I don’t understand why?
That’s expected behavior. Just continue with whatever you were planning to do and it will fix itself automatically.
