Hello !

I cant add custom domain, try several times, thru cpanel option also, but i dont work.

Hi, I’m unable to add my custom domain. I’ve tried many times over the past few days from the admin console and also from CPANEL, and I’ve received error messages both times. I’m copying and pasting them below.

Home account error
The hosting platform returned an error message while trying to process your request. Please try again or try making the change through the control panel. The error returned is: This appears to be a subdomain you are adding (1008485) defigagliardo.com. 86400 IN A 199.59.243.228

cpanel error
This appears to be a subdomain you are adding (1008485) defigagliardo.com. 3024 IN A 199.59.243.228

this seems similar to what was happening in this post:

Try clearing your cache, refreshing your browser and see if that fixes it

Have you managed to solve this. I’m seeing the same error.
I’m trying to move my nameserver from wordpress to infinityfree.

Hello, Evandro, I cant solve the error. I did some research but cant figure how to solve the problem. Hope someone from infinityfree support can help us.

I am sending the information to iFastNet to investigate this issue.

If you are affected by this too, please make sure to clearly state the domain name that’s affected. The issue might be caused by bad data regarding your domain in our system, and if so, the issue can only be fixed on a per-domain basis. So then “I have the same issue” will not enable us to help you.
