The "post options" are not showing in the "add new post" section

Hello to all. “Post options” are not showing up for me in the “Add New Post” section of WordPress. I have to refresh the page several times for it to show up for me. In addition, I only use one theme and two plugins (Formidable and Yoast), and my WordPress is quite light. where is the problem from? Thank you

Thanks for your guidance. But I have a light theme and these two plugins are also light. Formidable is a paid, but the functionality provided for free is enough for me.
