I’m not sure what’s causing this issue, but evidently, it’s something on the technical side. You might have to wait until the admin is available to look at it.

There seem to be two issues at play here:
When your account is suspended/deactivated, your CNAME records are disabled too. This appears to have happened to your CNAME record too. However, when reactivating the account, it appears your CNAME record was not restored correctly.
There is a known issue where if your CNAME record gets corrupted for any reason, it’s not possible to delete it to fix it yourself, requiring a server admin to remove it for you.
I have escalated the issue to get this issue resolved for your domain and see if the underlying issue can be solved.
