The account stills suspended

I’ve already read the main post of this topic, tho I can’t write in there.
It’s a shame that almost 4 years later the problem keeps ocurring. I’ve received an email about the account reactivated, but the domain is not reactivated, it stills suspended.

I was able to find the domain name and see the issue: it appears the control panel and domain database got out of sync. Because of this, it looked like the domain name was assigned in the control panel, but it actually wasn’t.

I have removed the domain from the account and added it again. It should come back soon now, but you may need to move your website to a different directory for it to work.
