Hello. I recently signed up for Infinity’s free plan to test my new website, but due to having serious problems with FESTEWEB and connecting my Factusol database to this hosting, I cancelled the domain several times within my account. But before trying another hosting, the “suspended-website.com” error started to appear, making it impossible for me to access the website administrator.
I urgently need a solution to the problem. Thank you.
It should tell you the reason for the suspension in your account.
If its temporary, then you just have to wait it out.
otherwise if its permenant, you’ll get the option to raise a ticket, and can request either that its unsuspended, or a backup of your site and SQL database
And looking up your domain via a dig tool shows it’s had its nameservers changed away from InfinityFree. What you’re experiencing is just DNS propagation. Take a look at the following articles.
