Try to turn off Search Engine Crawler on your WordPress setting.
Or my only suggestion is “Don’t use WordPress in free hosting”.

Because of its big code, WordPress is designed for medium site & above. That’s why I don’t use WordPress in this free hosting for my site. For blogging, I simply use Blogger. & other reason, it’s always be targeted by hacker.

If you still want to use CMS for your site/blog in this free hosting, I recommend flat-file based CMS, such as Pico: http://picocms.org

It isn’t only in this free hosting. Other free hostings, too. Mostly WordPress users experienced at least 1x suspension from their free hosting.

Maybe you can optimize your site, but you can’t control your number of visitors.
For example, you have average 50 visitors per day.
But in a certain time & in a certain event, your site has 100 visitors. It can trigger limit notification & then suspend your site.
