it was showing storage error

If the account is actually suspended, then you can’t back it up until after the suspension is lifted if it’s temporary. If it isn’t temporary, you can ask for a backup inside a support ticket, if they refuse to reactivate your account for whatever reason.

The file manager should work for this purpose. For the fastest results, please make sure to move the directory, not copy it. Moving it is nearly instant, copying it might take a long time.

If you do want to copy, I would recommend to download the website to your own computer and then upload it again. It’s basically what the file manger does too, except that it’s more reliable and you now have the bonus of having a backup of your files.

When I was pasting my files to the new domain it was also showing my previous suspended domain.

Plz tell me which file I need to delete for fix this problem or recover my suspended website theme and settings.

Servers don’t store the suspension page on your account, there’s not a file called something like “suspended.html” that you can just delete and get rid of the suspension page.

There’re many cases where you might see a suspension page.

Please note that moving your website files might not be the only thing you have to do. There might also be configuration in your website that’s referring to your previous domain name that must be updated for your new domain name.

If or how you need to do that is completely dependent on the website software you’re using.

Also, note that new domains can take up to 72 hours to start working everywhere. This includes new domains on existing accounts.
