Your free hosting account is suspended for reaching a daily resource limit. Please note that each free hosting account has daily CPU, hits, RAM, I/O, and Entry process limits. During each day we record all of these usage stats. It is quite normal for a website to utilise daily limits as PHP scripts do use alot of server resources, especially if you have multiple PHP scripts and websites in your free hosting account.
The daily limit you reached was your daily io limit.
When will your free hosting account be re-activated?
Your free hosting account will be automatically reactivated 24 hours after it was suspended.
Therefore at 19:02 Monday 2 January (in 04 hours, 00 minutes) your account will be activated again where you will regain full access!)
Once your account is activated you may want to consider lowering your server resource usage by removing scripts, plugins, domains, optimizing your code, install caching, or upgrading your free account to our premium hosting which has upto 80 times the limits of a free hosting plan with 100’s of extra features.
I’ve removed all subdomains an their CNAME records but still my domain beeing suspended because daily I/O limits, even if i have only simple wordpress site. It is definitely not my fault.
Could you please share your list of plugins? WordPress can be fairly light weight or ridiculously heavy depending on what functionality you bolt onto it. What you consider “simple” may actually be disastrous for server load.
Of those plugins, I would suggest to disable Autoptimize and see if that helps.
Autoptimize works by compiling and optimizing frontend assets. If it malfunctions, it could result in fresh assets being generated for every request. That would result in a lot of IO usage for every page view.
If your account keeps getting suspended, an extreme but effective method is to change the nameservers of your domain away from our hosting. That should cut off all traffic to your account, and leave the account online long enough for you to take steps to keep the account active.
You can change the nameservers back once you’re implemented your fixes.
I changed the nameservers and delete all, what i have on account, then install wordpress with cron jobs disabled and no plugins. Then I set ns back to yours hosting. Works by maybe 3h and now it’s suspended. again.
