Stuck on "Your account is in queue to be reactivated and will be reactivated momentarily"

Hi,

My account got recently suspended due to MySQL limit. I understand there was an outage or something.

However, it’s been almost 4-5 days since then and in the Client Area it says that " Your account is in queue to be reactivated and will be reactivated momentarily.". Again, it’s been a few days since then and no change was made.

My username; epiz_31258535
Domain; anonymous-systems.xyz (locked due to the outage)

Any ideas what to do? Is the outage still ongoing? Should my account be suspended or not?

It looks like something went wrong for your account and the automatic reactivation didn’t happen. This has just been fixed for your account, and it should be back up within 10 minutes.

That’s great! The account is back active, but seems like every single files, including the htdocs folders are missing. Is there a way to get their content back or is it just lost?

And, yes, I’ve already read htdocs is missing and getting 404 error.
