Hi, I’ve been using your services for more than a year now. Today I opened my file manager, and saw that the htdocs folder was missing. Now I get a 404 error every time I visit my site. I have provided screenshots. Please help me solve this issue ASAP!
The 404 error is probably caused by the fact your htdocs folder is missing. You can simply create a new folder with the name htdocs and your account will be back online in a few minutes. Of course, the contents of the folder won’t magically return.
