I realized the inode issue, however, a few days ago filezilla & other ftp programs said that disc space was used up when cPanel reported 4751 MB of space free & 555 MB used.
As you can read in this article, the “Disk quota exceeded” error can be caused by hitting the inode limit of your account. As you can see, your are using way more inodes that the limit allows on our hosting.
If your inode usage has been that high for months and you’re only now running into this error, that could mean that there was an error on our end which resulted in the limit not being enforced. If such an issue was fixed recently, that could result in you getting this error now.
In any case, as far as I can see, everything is working is intended. And if you want to upload more files, you’ll need to delete some files first.
